LOCATION – The Cincinnati American Girl Fashion Show is held at Oscar's Event Center at Route 4, which is located at 5440 Dixie Hwy., in Fairfield, OH. : Directions / website link

DATE/TIME – The show dates and times are: Friday, April 11th at 7pm; Saturday, April 12th at 10am, 1:30pm and 5pm; Sunday, April 13th at 11:30am and 3pm.

SHOW LENGTH – The show will last approximately 2 hours with an intermission featuring our VIP Guest Models!

IS THERE WHEEL CHAIR ACCESS? – Yes, there is an elevator at the main entrance to the Oscar Event Center.

PARKING – Free onsite parking.

FOOD/DRINK – We will be serving "tea-party food" and beverages (2008 menu featured sandwiches, fruit kabobs & pastries).

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING – We encourage little girls to bring their dolls and wear their favorite American Girl clothing or "tea-party" outfit!

WILL MERCHANDISE BE FOR SALE? – We are not able to sell American Girl dolls or clothing at the shows. Some items and dolls will be available to bid on in the silentauction. American Girl t-shirts, hats, books, posters, jewelry, exclusive American Girl Fashion Show souvenirs and more will be on sale at the show. You will receive a current American Girl catalog and promo code at the show for any items you would like to order directly from American Girl.

TICKET COST - $30 each for children and adults. Tickets are needed for everyone except for models and VIP Guests (ticket included in VIP Guest package).

SEATING - The only reserved seating is a VIP or Corporate table. General seating is at tables of 8 or 10. Doors open 20 minutes before the show. If you are trying to sit more than 4 people together we highly recommend purchasing a table which also guarantees close proximity to the stage. VIP & Corporate table guests will receive “early admission” tickets when they check in which will gain them entrance about ½ hour before the show in order to find their table prior to general admission.

TO BENEFIT – The Aubrey Rose Foundation will distribute funds raised from the American Girl Fashion Show to help families caring for children with life-threatening illnesses. For more information, please go to www.aubreyrose.org.

FUNDRAISING CONTEST – Anyone can participate in the “FUN-RAISING’ contest (they do not need to be a model to participate). Just register on our website and your name will appear in the "drop-down" option on all purchase pages within the website. If you would like to participate and do not see the fundraising in your account, please send Nancy Hollenkamp (Nancy@aubreyrose.org) an e-mail, and she will get you set up in the system. Your fundraising will be tracked automatically and can be viewed in your model's area. Please allow time for transactions that are not processed through the computer, to be entered into the system manually. These will be entered on a weekly basis.

RAFFLE TICKETS & PRIZES – Sample raffle items can be viewed under "purchase raffle tickets".

SHOW TICKETS – Tickets for the American Girl Fashion Show may be purchased online. Make sure you tell people to choose your daughter's name in the drop-down box when they make their purchase. DONATIONS – Donations can be made online or by mail. Click on “make a donation”.

SILENT AUCTION – We are looking for silent and live auction items for the American Girl Fashion Show. Our silent auction starts with the first show and closes at the last show on Sunday.
